COURSE STRUCTURE
What Is the Course delivered?
The classes will be taught live over Zoom, so please familiarise yourself with both how to download and use it before the course starts to avoid teething problems.
For the first week, I will send out an email 15 minutes before the class is due to start and 5-10 minutes in the weeks thereafter. This is to allow plenty of time for you to ring, text, or email me for help if you are having any technical issues.
How is the Course Structured?
MONDAY - DEMONSTRATION
The main class will take place on Monday Evening at 6:30pm – 8:30pm, where you have a two hour follow-along demonstration.
The Inspiration Resource images will contain differentiated options – Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced. This allows you to choose which variant suits your own personal experience with the subject matter or medium.
Aided with guided step-by-step visual resources, you will have all you need to complete the Weekly Task.
WEDNESDAY – Q&A SEMINAR
A mid-week Q&A seminar will take place on Wednesday evenings, 7pm – 8pm.
These seminars are an opportunity for you to check-in with the progress of your Weekly Task and give you the chance to: ask questions, receive further support, check in with your classmates and ask for any further demonstrations required to help you complete your artwork.
FRIDAY – TASK SUBMISSION
Once you submit your work on the Friday, you will receive personalised written feedback on your Weekly Task the following week.
You can submit you work by either photographing or scanning it in and emailing it to: brushstrokes.courses@gmail.com.
TUTORIALS
At the end of the course, there will be an opportunity to receive a 30 minute 1:1 Tutorial to discuss the body of work you have created, receive further mentorship on your emerging artistic style and ask any further questions.
Please ensure I have your Zoom email address so I can send out the invitations to the correct email address.
